The 2018 Perinotto Zinfandel presents with alluring aromas of toffee, dried plum and tobacco. Full flavors of dried raspberries, ripe cherries and fruit forward like a blackberry pie without the sweetness. A generous finish with smooth as silk tannins that will age beautifully.

As the word implies, the 2021 TADDEI Stratification is a representation of three different vineyards, from the different elevations and geological zones within the Dry Creek Valley.  From the eastern ridge-top is the Ionnatti Vineyard with boomer loam soil, the Colline Vineyard resting on the bench with manzanita loam and finally the valley floor Integrity Vineyard with yolo loam.  Three distinctly different vineyards, each providing its unique representation of the Dry Creek experience.  On the nose the wine is quite floral and fruity expressing violet, intense aromas of raspberry with underlying notes of Tayberry and pomegranate. The wine is consistent from beginning to end with pure berry notes all the way through to the finish. Supple, smooth, with a strong berry thread from front to back and delicious with each taste. 

2021 Zinfandel, Stratification, Dry Creek Valley

Full bodied and full throttled, this zin has a nose bursting with dark cherry and boysenberry.  It is a fruit bomb, just what you would expect from a great valley floor Dry Creek Zin.  The palate is loaded with chocolate, raspberry and plum with a hit of licorice right around the mid palate. The zin rounds out the finish with mocha and leather, which sticks around and makes the wine even more interesting.

2021 Zinfandel Ionnatti Vineyard

The 2021 Colline Vineyards Zinfandel features intense aromatics of boysenberries and ripe cherries coupled with floral notes, a hint of cardamom and peppery notes in the glass. This is a full-bodied zinfandel with a rich palate and savory notes of sweetness. On the pallet the win¬e is plush with flavors of red fruits including raspberry and bing cherry.  The mouthfeel is seductive, elegant and velvety with age-worthy acidity. This wine drinks well now and will age for years to come.
