The 2018 Indindoli Pinot comes from the vineyard I helped plant with Carmine Indindoli, my vineyard mentor, on Black Oak and Olivet Lane in 2007.  Crafted from clones 115 and 667, it is a captivating expression of elegance and complexity. This Pinot shows Strawberry and Rhubard with hints of vanilla om the nose.  Flavors of caramelized Rhubarb, clove and Asian spice linger on the velvety and silky texture. The wine is both complex and comforting, begging for the next sip.

The 2017 Jenks Pinot Noir is yet another stunner from John and Jennifer’s vineyard. First off, this wine aged for three years in new French Oak. This Jenks Pinot, like its predecessors, doesn’t disappoint and every year this wine keeps getting more interesting.  The 2017 is earthy, leathery, and loaded with tobacco on the nose.  This is very silky wine on the pallet with plum, raspberry and blackberry compote and caramelized Rhubarb notes on the pallet. The 2017 Jenks is a smooth, round pinot with a lengthy finish. Extracted and rich, yet balanced and beautiful, the 2017 Jenks is a wine you will love to share with your friends.

The 2019 Jenks wine is a byproduct of a near ideal growing season. Characteristic for it intensive aromas of ripe red fruits, Spices floral teas and baking spices such as cloves and cardamom, this vintage will likely cellar for a long time.  For any of you that have opened the 2016 Jenks lately, you will understand how beautiful an aged Pinot Noir can become - it is big and needs to unwind, but when it does, it is a fruit bomb the become more earthy each hour.  On the palate, the wine is big expressive and delicious. Expressing robust flavors of black cherry, wild raspberry, cranberry, rhubarb, and a nuanced with cardamom and oak . This wine will continue to open for hours and deliver a structured, complex and beautiful mouthfeel and amazing depth of flavor. This Pinot will age well for over a decade.
