The 2019 Summer Hill Cabernet Sauvignon from Calistoga is a rich, round, and big wine. The nose opens with violet, dark berries, and Asian spice. The color is a deep rich purple. The mid-palette is surprisingly lush and charming for such a young wine. The finish is long and seductive with incredible intensity with fades slowly, leaving a finish of dried fruits and hints of spice. With a touch of Malbec and Petite Verdot added, this wine is stunning.

Our 2014 Cabernet from Linked Vineyard in Knights Valley features a deep purple-blue hue and classic aromas of ripe red and black fruits, fresh herbs, and cigar box. Bright and rich on the palate, the flavor profile is brimming with engaging notes of dark cherry, ripe plum, wild berries and layers of spice. Generous and full-bodied with chewy tannins, firm structure and a long, persistent finish.
